The Notice and Comment portal is an online consultation platform for business regulations. The portal is open for use by public bodies and regulatory agencies to publicize regulatory proposals and conduct consultations in the process of developing policy and laws.

Single Licensing System

Single Licensing System means a licensing system designed to facilitate compliance with multiple licensing requirements by multiple regulatory bodies through a single regulatory point or a Regulatory Services Center.
