Regulatory Service Centers

Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) had been coordinating one stop shops for business registration (OSSBR) since establishment in 2011 by the Ministry of Commerce Trade and Industry (MCTI) under the private sector development reform programme (PSDRP).

  • Establishment of the OSSBR was a strategy aimed at improving the business environment in Zambia through streamlining of business registration procedures.
  • Coordination of One Stop Shops for business registration (OSSBR) was transferred from ZDA to BRRA in January 2016. The OSSBR were renamed Regulatory Services Centers by the Business Regulatory Act;
  • The idea is to offer a wide range of services related to business registration.
